I'm not sure...I need to calculate it out to see but haven't yet. I don't think I'm loosing any weight though which is really frustrating!!! The fat LOVES my body and really doesn't like to leave!!

Thursday, September 25

breakfast: scrambled eggs with tomato and spinach cooked with coconut oil.
snack: low fat crunchie muffin from Blenz and a piece of cheese (forgot my snacks at home!! Crap! Best I could do).
2L of water so far....
lunch: 3 rice cakes with cheese and tomato
snack: zone bar
dinner: smoothie (mixed fruit), and a hard boiled egg

breakfast: smoothie - mixed fruit, splash of milk, protein powder
lunch: 3 rice cakes, cheese, tomato, nuts
snack: strawberries, nuts, hard boiled egg
dinner: 1/2 ezekial english muffin, lean beef patty, pickle
snack: chai tea latte

Saturday, September 27

breakfast: 2 whole eggs and egg white omelette with spinach and tomatoes
2nd breakfast: oatmeal from starbucks (post crossfit)
lunch: yogurt and fruit from starbucks
dinner: handful of black pepper and lime chips and cashews tongue

Sunday, September 28

Breakfast: multigrain bagel with low fat strawberry cream cheese
snack: zone perfect bar
Dinner: roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, beans...lots of gravy...and angel food cake! Very Happy

Breakfast smoothie with peanut butter, protein powder and mixed fruit
snack: hard boiled egg, grapes, 3 cashews
lunch: two rice cakes with lf havarti, tomatoes and cucumber
dinner: wasn't feeling well so didn't really eat...I had 2 rice cakes with peanut butter

snack: mixed fruit, 1 oz cheese 3 cashews
dinner: 1/2 Ezekial muffin, lean beef pattie, tomato, pickle
snack: 2 rice cakes with peanut butter Wink

snack: hard boiled egg, grapes, 3 cashews
future snack: zone perfect bar (between xfit and squash)
dinner: ezekial english muffin with peanut butter, lowfat cheese and pickles
