I'm eyeballing quantities these days...should probably start measuring again.
Breakfast - cottage cheese and blueberries...couple nuts
snack - kiwi, hard boiled egg, nuts
lunch - spinach salad (spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, nuts)
snack - 1oz cheese, about 7 sugar peas, nuts
dinner - smoothie (mixed fruit, 1/2 scoop protein powder) peanut butter

lunch - chicken salad (spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber) with watered-down Goddess Dressing.
Snack - 1 oz cheese, sugar peas, nuts
Dinner - Booster Juice (Marathon smoothy).
Breakfast - smoothie (mixed fruit, protein powder, peanut butter)
Snack - hard boiled egg, kiwi, nuts
lunch - chicken salad (spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber) with watered-down Goddess Dressing.

Lunch - spinach chicken salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and Goddess Dressing
Snack - snow peas, egg, nuts
Dinner - meh!! Pita pit...chicken souvlaki, lettuce, tom, cucumber, pickles, taziki (sp?), honey mustard. Guess there could have been worse choices...

See a pattern here....? I need to figure out how to add some variety into this.

dinner: 1 whole egg and a bunch of egg whites, spinach and tomatoes...couple nuts.

Ok - so the weekend wasn't so good....
Saturday:
breakfast: 1/3c oatmeal, egg whites, protein powder, blueberries
lunch: marathon booster juice
dinner: friends in town wanted to go for Indian Food...have no idea what I ate, but I'm sure it wasn't zone friendly
Sunday:
lunch: (first meal wasn't till about 1:00) chicken spinach salad with pecans and goat cheese
dinner: didn't eat again until 9:30 and it was a 6in Tuna sub on honey oat with lettuce, tomatoes, cucmbers and pickles (not gonna say no when I'm starving and someone is buying me dinner).
Saturday:

Lunch: 4 tomato basil rice cakes with tomato and avocado (have no idea how many block this is and didn't feeling like figuring it out)
snack: snap peas, 1 oz cheese, nuts...and a non-fat vanilla latte...I get so tired at about 2:30/3:00 everyday!! Why? Frick!
dinner: lean beef pattie, brocolli and cauliflower

Ok - diet has been a little funky the last few days due to "social" occassions and being out of the house. I would say that the majority of my meals were "zone" friendly...but I probably didn't eat enough, and there were a few meals that definitely were not zone friendly...like the pear crumble I had at a bbq!
So today:
breakfast - didn't have...;( except for coffee with ff cream
snack - 2 rice cakes with tomato and cheese and nuts
lunch - 4 rice cakes with tomato and cheese and nuts
snack - hard boiled egg, 8 grapes and nuts
Water so far...3 L
I'm feeling lazy about meal planning and loving the rice cake combo thing I got going on here.
Dinner - isn't going to be zone friendly as I'm going over to Chris'...and I think he's making pasta with sun dried tomatoes....

snack: 2 rice cakes with lf mozza, and cucumbers, 1/2 apple, nuts
snack: 2 rice cakes with natural peanut butter
dinner: smoked cheddar and apple salad with peacans...and chocolate lava cake.
