Day 19 (Friday)
Breakfast: Granola, yogurt, and a protein shake
Lunch: Salad with beef
Snack: Brown rice cake
Dinner: chicken, spanakapita, and veggies & dip

Hmmmm I think I forgot.......
Okay so I forgot to write in my food journal for a bit and now that Deanna has reminded me I cant remember everything, so Im missing some, but its all good!

Oct 7th
Breakfast: Protein Pancakes- tapioca flour, corn flour, evaporated cane juice, baking powder, corn starch, baking soda, salt, brown rice milk, olive oil, whey protein, and 1 banana. Made about 10 pancakes, and I ate 3!
Snack: turkey bacon and granola and sunflower seeds
Lunch: baked yams, sunflower seeds and turkey bacon
Snack: veggies and dip
Dinner: protein shake and pear
Today I felt full all day and like I ate too much so when it came time to eat it was more of a task than anything...I think those protein pancakes did me in for the rest of the day!
