Breakfast: Smoothie- yogurt, banana, brown rice milk, brown rice protein.
Snack: brown rice cake & a hard boiled egg
Lunch: Salad-steak, organic spring mix, cucumber, zuccinni, tomato, peppers, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Snack: Brown rice cake and brown rice protein shake
Dinner: Stuffed peppers- brown rice, peppers, black beans, tomato sauce, onions, garlic, ground turkey
MY SALAD WAS YUMMY DEE.....THANX

Day 2
Breakfast: Smoothie- banana, yogurt, blueberries, brown rice milk, brown rice protein.
Snack: hard boiled egg
Lunch: Left over stuffed pepper
Snack: protein shake & brown rice cake
Dinner: lettuce wraps- ground turkey, garlic, ginger, onions, braggs, hoisin sauce all wrapped in butter lettuce
Snack: hard boiled egg

Day 3
Breakfast: oatmeal with 1/2 banana and protein powder
Snack: 2 brown rice cakes
Lunch: Spinach salad Mmmmmmmm
Snack: Cucumbers and peppers
Dinner: Nothing, I got my hair done and forgot to eat dinner!

Day 6
Breakfast: Smoothie- brown rice milk, brown rice protein, 1/2 banana, 1 cup strawberries
Snack: protein shake and 1/2 cucumber
Lunch: Rebar, turkey breast, and pinapple
Dinner: Turkey lettuce wraps
After dinner........mmmm about 1 glass of wine, a sangria, 2 jager bombs, and one Bottle cap.
Snack: protein shake and 1/2 cucumber

Day 8
Breakfast: Eggs(with peppers, onions, black beans, salsa, and avacado) and bacon. 2 cups of coffee
Snack: apple and brown rice cake
Lunch: Salad with 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack: protein shake and brown rice cake
Dinner: turkey lettuce wraps (if anyone is wondering.....I love these!!) :
