Snack - Banana
Lunch - Halibut Fillet, Glass of Milk
Snack - Peanut Butter Granola Bar
Snack - Rice Chips
Post Workout - OJ Protein Shake
Supper - Salsa Chicken Breast, Corn & Salad, Milk
Water Intake for the Day - 3L (approx.)

Lunch - Can of tuna, crackers, cheese, pickles
Snack - Handfull of popcorn
Post Workout - OJ protein shake
Supper - Box of KD made the sensible solutions way
Snack - Apple (haven't had yet but that's the plan)
Water - 3L

Hey Tyler,
Here is some ideas for your food intake,
1. Try to eat some protein with the snacks as well, maybe through in some cottage cheese, cheese, chicken breast, protein shake or eggs
2. Also you need to get in more good fat, ie: avocado, nuts, olives etc.
