  • About adding a Nutrition Journal

http://www.aflatbelly.com/images/foodjournal.JPGOne way to lose weight, lean out, build muscle and increase your training performance is to follow a healthy balanced diet.

I have created this forum to make you accountable for what you are eating. If you have to post what you are eating on a daily basis, you may think twice before putting something in your month.Jump on board to advance your training and results to the next level by creating your own page to record your daily food intake.

This will take a little extra time out of your daily schedule, but in the end the results will make it all worth while! Everyone will have there own separate thread to record their own journal.

    Good luck and Happy Eating!
