Monday Sept.22
Meal1 Coffee misto
Meal2: turkey, plum, almonds
Snack: coffee misto
Meal3: 2 eggs, cheese, fruit cup, avocado
Meal4: Turkey, tortilla chips, almonds
All Zone meals: 9 blocks

Tuesday Sept23:
Meal 1 Coffe Misto
Meal 2: Turkey, apple, almonds
Meal 3: yogurt, fruit, coffee w half and half
Meal 4: 2 oz chicken w curry. 1/2 cup cous cous
Meal 5: 3 oz tuna, mayo, salad, 1 cup blueberries
All Zone Meals: 11 blocks

Hey girl,

So glad that you are on board, be so much easier to keep in touch Smile

So how many blocks are you? When I calculate it out I seem to always be 12 blocks.

Hey Deanna, I am usually 10 blocks but I have a hard time sticking to it the first week. I am going to try to keep my blocks under 12 blocks each day. Then work down to 10 blocks next week. I take 1 day off a week. Do you?

I try to stick to it, when I cheat I usually do cheat meals, but I really don't like to at all cause it really throws me off track.

Thursday Sept.25

1st Meal: coffee misto (1block)
2nd Meal: eggs, cheese, avocado, wrap (2blocks)
3rd Meal: cheese, blueberries, almonds (2 blocks)
Snack: coffee misto (1 block)
4th Meal: half a beer and a small peice of cake (shit, I had to. it was my first time at the rugby club with my new team and they all wanted me to stay for a beer. And ofcourse it was either pizza or cake to celebrate our first batch of games. I picked cake!)

Probably didn't eat enough today. But I had some crappy food so I quess that makes up for it alien

1st meal: cheese bacon breakfast sandwihc (4blocks)
2nde meal" coffee misto (1block)
3rd Meal: 2ox cheese
4th meal: chicken linguine (4 blocks)
5th meal: brownies. NOT GOOD!!

Meal 2: half turkey,avocado sandwich 2 blocks

Meal 4: beef soup 2 blocks
Snack: coffee w cream
Meal 5: chicken, cali roll, chocolate almonds 3 blocks

Not such a good day, but getting better. its hard getting back to eating 5 meals a day perfectly zone.
