So today all I got to do was take Freddie for a run, Jamie and I were going to do FGB today but she couldn't make it out and then Sarah and I were going to do it after dinner but it got way too late. Tomorrow is another day.

Day 2 "The Ass Kicker"

Run 200 M backwards

50 Double unders

I think the 200M was accurate, but not sure about the 800M, it may have been a little longer but that's ok

Ran for about 40 minutes.
Hip is still really sore, but feels ok when I run. Getting really sick of this. I really want to get back on the WODs tomorrow, I hope it is mostly upper body because I did about 75 squats motivating clients on Saturday and it made it even more sore

6 sets of stairs with a client (wishart stairs)
1 set of 100's
1 Round of fight gone bad with my bro (his first workout with me since March 1, way to go Chris)
Box Jumps
Rowing - sub burpees (yeah Burpees!)
Wall Ball
Push Press
SDHP
Didn't count my points because we were only doing one round and it was in the dark at the park.
My hip is still killing me, I hope that after the little workout it is all better tomorrow. Really hating not being able to workout properly
