1 burpee...in my office...it was weird.

30 min run (lunch)

crossfit:

AMRAP 20 minutes:
muscle up (because I couldn't do them!!! 6 pull-ups, 6 dips...frick!)
4 handstand pushups
6 kettlebell swings

I think I did 7 rounds??
