No cook Protein Bars

1 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
2 tbsp Flaxseeds or hemp hearts
1/4 cup Natural Peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

1. Coat an 8x8 inch baking pan with cocnout oil.
2. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, protein powder and flaxseeds.
3. In a seperate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, vanilla an water.
4. Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients and stir to form a sticky dough.
5. Stir or knead in raisins.
6. Using wet hands, spread the mixture in the prepared pan.
7. Freeze for 1 hr or refrigerate overnight until mixture is firm enough to cut.
8. Cut into 9 squares and store in fridge.
