Exercise….the necessity of today

As we all know, all people belonging to all age group have some problems with their health these days. Exercise is found to be the best medicine for almost all kind of illness.

Smoking makes it harder to exercise and it reduces the benefits to your body. Even if we do the exercise, the negative effect of smoking will not give any of its positive effects to the body. The people who smoke, ie, the smokers, have more cough and cold than the non smokers.

If any illness cause to them, it will take a long time to recover. Exercise is not a mere thing that can begin and end at any time. As of everything else, it also have certain rules, and things to be followed on. As it’s meant for something good to our body, its better to cope up with Quitting cigarettes , before starting of with exercise.
