Sunday: 44 minutes run approximately 8km (Ogden point along Dallas to the stairs and back)

Saturday, September 20

crossfit - filthy fifty. SOOO did not want to go to crossfit as I didn't get enough sleep...saw the workout board and thought that I should have listened to my inner-self and stayed in bed!!! Did the workout, and as always, was glad I did after. Didn't beat my original time...but really pushed myself. Goes to show how important sleep is to proper training.

Time was something like 23 minutes and change...previous time was 22 minutes and change.

Filthy Fifty
For time:
50 Box jump
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 26pds (??? can't remember what weight I used)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 15 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, big orange ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Sucked! Dead leg on the way there...stretched it out and kicked up the pace on the way back.

1 burpee...in my office...it was weird.

30 min run (lunch)

crossfit:

AMRAP 20 minutes:
muscle up (because I couldn't do them!!! 6 pull-ups, 6 dips...frick!)
4 handstand pushups
6 kettlebell swings

I think I did 7 rounds??
