Breakfast: Smoothie- yogurt, banana, brown rice milk, brown rice protein.

Snack: brown rice cake & a hard boiled egg

Lunch: Salad-steak, organic spring mix, cucumber, zuccinni, tomato, peppers, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Snack: Brown rice cake and brown rice protein shake

Dinner: Stuffed peppers- brown rice, peppers, black beans, tomato sauce, onions, garlic, ground turkey flower

Breakfast: Smoothie- banana, yogurt, blueberries, brown rice milk, brown rice protein.

Snack: hard boiled egg

Lunch: Left over stuffed pepper

Snack: protein shake & brown rice cake

Dinner: lettuce wraps- ground turkey, garlic, ginger, onions, braggs, hoisin sauce all wrapped in butter lettuce

Snack: 2 brown rice cakes

Lunch: Spinach salad Mmmmmmmm

Snack: Cucumbers and peppers

Dinner: Nothing, I got my hair done and forgot to eat dinner! Shocked

Lunch: Salad with ground turkey, black beans, tomatos and onions

Dinner:
an apple and chicken

Snack with a movie: Popcorn!!

Lunch: Rebar, turkey breast, and pinapple

Dinner: Turkey lettuce wraps

After dinner........mmmm about 1 glass of wine, a sangria, 2 jager bombs, and one Bottle cap. drunken

Breakfast: Eggs(with peppers, onions, black beans, salsa, and avacado) and bacon. 2 cups of coffee

Snack: apple and brown rice cake

Lunch: Salad with 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack: protein shake and brown rice cake

Dinner:
turkey lettuce wraps (if anyone is wondering.....I love these!!) : Very Happy

Breakfast: Protein Pancakes- tapioca flour, corn flour, evaporated cane juice, baking powder, corn starch, baking soda, salt, brown rice milk, olive oil, whey protein, and 1 banana. Made about 10 pancakes, and I ate 3!

Snack:
turkey bacon and granola and sunflower seeds

Lunch: baked yams, sunflower seeds and turkey bacon

Snack: veggies and dip

Dinner: protein shake and pear

Today I felt full all day and like I ate too much so when it came time to eat it was more of a task than anything...I think those protein pancakes did me in for the rest of the day!
