Monday Sept 16. Breakfast: egg, cheese, t-biscuit, butter snack: pear lunch: lean cuisine chicken tai. bottle of diet pepsi Dinner: pork chop + craisins. 8pm 4 cheesies.
Tuesday Sept 17. Breakfast fruit cocktail. lunch: Tuna and balsalmic dressing Dinner: ww Pita pickles, lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, and light mayonnaise

Wednesday:)
Breakfast: egg (1st time i have cooked eggs in the microwave! Was going to have 2 but one slipped off the plate while i was trying to put it in the mic) 2 slices ww toast with butter & peanut butter. Lunch: cucumber sandwich 1tsp of mayo on whole w. 1/2cup blackberries. fruit bar Dinner 2 tacos beef chedder cheese, tomatoes, cucs, lettuce.
Thursday: 2am a banana. My dog was whining because he had to pee
breakfast: 1 cup cheerios, 1/2 cup skim milk. Lunch: 2 tocos left over dinner stuff:) snack a pear. dinner 2 pb sandwiches on whole wheat and a granolla bar. snack 6 30 pudding, and glass of cola.
