Sept 14

Breakfast
Oatmeal, Coffee with french Vanilla Cream (fat free), Grapes (10), 3 Strawberries

Snack
5 Rice Chips
Lunch
SM smoothie and 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup of veggies and 1 oz of steak
DInner
Chicken Salad with carrots, avocado, cucumber, red pepper, asian sesame dressing
Snack 3 mango slices
2 liters of H2O!!!!

Sept 15th,

Cheerios with skim milk
2 pieces of dried mango
pumpkin scone
1/4 cup corn nuts
Subway ham/turkey wrap with cucm, tomatos, pickles, sub sauce, mayo

thats it!

Sept 16,

Coffee for Breakfast...i know!
Salad with turkey ham (1 OZ), hard boiled egg, tomato, cucumber
H20 only 1 liter
Super: Salad with avocado, carrots, cucumber, red pepper, tomato, hand full of salad topper tortilla chips and 1 tbsp of asian sesame dressing.

Snack: 10 grapes...I was up till midnight!!
Wait....it wil get worse this week I am sure as I am flying.... Exclamation Question
But i will try not to and I will try to work out too! Basketball
